These standards protect the homeowner, protect your business and protect our partnership. Proper licensing, insurance and lead-safe practices mean nobody is left exposed when something unexpected happens on a job. They let us send you work with confidence and let homeowners welcome you with confidence. When we both hold the same standard, it's easier to grow together.
Your independence is part of our partnership
This is a business-to-business partnership, and we want it that way.
- You decide who's on your crew, how they're paid and how the work gets done.
- You accept or decline the projects offered to you.
- You set your own hours and serve other customers and companies.
- You supply your own tools, vehicles and equipment.
- We agree on the finished result: code, manufacturer specs, our quality standard and the homeowner's sign-off.

Questions partners ask
Is this a job?
No. We're looking for independent businesses to partner with on a subcontract basis. If you're looking for employment with IHS, please visit the Careers page on the Infinity Home Services website.
How and when do I get paid?
Each trade has a per-project price schedule agreed before you start. Invoices are paid [cadence] after completion and homeowner sign-off. Change orders are priced and paid separately.
How much work can I expect?
Volume depends on your area, trade and capacity, and your local contact will share real numbers for your market. Because these are partnerships, your quality and outcomes are the key to a continued, long-term partnership.
Can I keep my other customers?
Yes. You run your own business and can serve other companies and your own customers.
Do I have to furnish material?
No. Many partners install only, with product staged by IHS. Some trades also offer furnish-and-install if you prefer to source to our spec.
What about warranty and callbacks?
Partners stand behind their workmanship for a set length of time. Details are provided by your local contact during the inquiry process.
Which brands would I work with?
Your local contact will provide brand-level information. You can work with one or multiple IHS brands depending on your geographic footprint.

IHS was born from a simple truth: homeowners deserve better.
In 1997, our founder, and a roofer himself, Josh Sparks grew frustrated repairing the poor workmanship of others and watching families get taken advantage of. He believed the industry could, and should, operate at a higher standard.
To truly raise the bar across North America and fulfill our mission of Saving Our Communities from Unscrupulous Contractors™, we knew determination alone wasn't enough. We needed the scale, systems, and shared expertise to support great operators and protect what made them exceptional.
That's why IHS exists: to bring together like-minded roofing and exterior companies committed to quality, transparency, and care.
